First of, you really should scan your drawing. Once their scanned, you could even photoshop them a little to adjust the colors and so on. It really gives a more professional look to it. Looks kind of distorted like that.

Now, onto the drawing. I really have nothind to complain about your proportions, and your hands look pretty good (Much better than mine actually...) The problem in my opinion is manly the shading. Did you just shade random parts ? As it is now, it looks like there is light over her head, and... Between her legs. Which, well, doesn't make any sense. You should try to imagine where the light come from and darken the aread that wouldn't get light. Well, you know it works. Really gives the drawing something.

Also, you should erase the lines you used to have proper anatomy... It really looks like a quick sketch that way, while it clearly isn't. Like the lines on her tummy or on her legs. (Or the one we can see through her cloak. ; P)

Overall though, it's still pretty good, and the best I've seen of the fiew I looked at. (I also noticed the second problem in other drawings.)
